- 50% of Rental Rate due at Reservation.
- Entire Weekend Rate allows renter to have access to the building for 3 days, begining Friday at 12:00 through Sunday at 5:00.
- Security Deposits are refunded back to the renter if the building has no damage and is clean.
- Renters must remove their own garbage at the end of the rental
- City Resident Rates are available to those inside of the one (1) square mile city limits. The city resident must handle all paperwork and must be present throughout the entire rental.

The main hall of the building measures 80' x 46', so there is plenty of space for small to large gatherings, with a maximum building capacity at 525 people.

City of Grant staff asks that all rentals for expos, crafts fairs, and similar type events where vendors may need contact information, that the Renter agrees to supply their contact information in all advertisements to rent the Community Center. Too many vendors contact the City Offices for this information, and we will not give out this contact information.
