- 50% of Rental Rate due at Reservation.
- City Resident Rates are available to those inside of the one (1) square mile city limits. The city resident must handle all paperwork and must be present throughout the entire rental.
- Entire Weekend Rate allows renter to have access to the building for 3 days, begining Friday at 12:00pm through Sunday at 5:00pm. Events must still end by 12:00am midnight, no overnight events.
- Security Deposits are refunded back to the renter if the building has no damage and is clean.
- Renters must remove their own garbage at the end of the rental.
- Maximum capacity is 299 people
- 20 - 6 foot rectangular tables
- 21 - 5 foot diameter round tables
- 210 folding chairs (Color: Grey)
- 20 folding chairs (Color: White)
- Small Kitchen: 1-Refrigerator/Freezer. 1-Ice Maker. 1-Microwave. 1-Sink. 1-Dishwasher. 2-Ranges/Stoves. (Small Kitchen is included with rental).

City of Grant staff asks that all rentals for expos, crafts fairs, and similar type events where vendors may need contact information, that the Renter agrees to supply their contact information in all advertisements to rent the Community Center. Too many vendors contact the City Offices for this information, and we will not give out this contact information.
