The City of Grant offers online access to assessing and tax information through BS&A. Actual property owners of a parcel can view assessing and tax information for free. Realtors, banks, title companies and others must pay a $2.00 record fee to BS&A to retrieve information. By clicking the link below you can begin your records search. Property owners can access their own records free of charge. Just look for the option on the BS&A website and follow their instructions. You will need to set up a free login account, and once you receive an e-mail confirmation from BS&A, just follow the instructions to retrieve your own information.
